Qualitative Analysis of Heavy Metals in Water Samples

Abstract

Water samples collected from three locations were tested for the qualitative analysis for the presence of heavy metals like Iron, Lead and Chromium. Iron was common in all the three samples, whereas lead was found only in two samples and chromium was present only in one of the samples. These heavy metals present in water have shown many adverse effects on human effect. So, I have done qualitative analysis to the presence of heavy metals such as Chromium, Iron and Lead. The paper presented shows the results obtained from the analysis.
