Abstract

The demonstrate On Farm Trail was conducted through Krishi Vigyan Kendra at village (Para, Block Ater, Distt- Bhind) during Kharif season of 2016 and 2017 were conducted on 04 ha of 10 innovative farmer’s in yellow and sandy loam soils field to study the effect of combined application of macro- micro nutrient fertilizers and biofertilizers on yield attributes, yield and microbial activity of Sesamum field. The experiment was laid out in randomized block design. Highest grain yield (7.95 q ha-1), stover yield (24.75 q ha-1), biological yield (32.50 q ha-1) and oil yield of sesame was registered where higher doses of sulphur along with other inorganic fertilizers (N45 P45 K45 S50 Zn25 Mo2.0 + FYM) were applied. Plant height (cm), branch no. per plant, pods per plant is found highest in combined application of inorganic and organic fertilizers (N45 P45 K45 Zn11.5 Mo1.5 B1 S30 + Azospirillum + FYM). Higher population of Azospirillum was registered in post-harvest soil treated with Azospirillum along with sulphur, micro and macronutrients treated plots.
